📋 Description

  • Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts.
  • Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires.
  • Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, scheduling.
  • Uphold standards for baking, uniforms, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail.
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
  • POS systems experience.
  • MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • 4-5 day work week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
