- Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when Store Ops Manager is absent.
- Supervise and train 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, and drivers.
- Assist Store Ops with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
- Ensure staff uphold standards and policies; drive upselling.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- Prior POS systems experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Able to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
