- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is absent
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling
- Uphold standards: baking, uniform, policies
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
- Prior POS systems experience
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our ATS
- Work 4-5 days per week with 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun)
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
