📋 Description

  • Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is absent
  • Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires
  • Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling
  • Uphold standards: baking, uniform, policies

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
  • Prior POS systems experience
  • Ability to use MS Office, Word and our ATS
  • Work 4-5 days per week with 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun)
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
