  • Convert incoming prospects into leads with high-volume follow-up

  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers

  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants and ensure follow-up on aged leads
  • Audit leads to ensure proper follow-up and reassign unassigned leads

  • 2+ years in high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
  • Experience following up on leads to qualify them
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
  • Real estate experience (preferred)
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (preferred)
