- Convert inbound prospects into qualified leads in a high-volume setting.
- Follow up with new leads consistently, including after-hours calls.
- Use multiple contact methods (text, email, phone) to reach prospective sellers.
- Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process.
- Audit leads to ensure timely follow-up.
- Follow up on aged leads and reassign unassigned leads as needed.

- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
- Follow up on leads to begin lead qualification.
- Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
- Experience in real estate (preferred).
- Bachelorโs Degree (preferred).
