  • Convert inbound prospects into qualified leads in a high-volume setting.
  • Follow up with new leads consistently, including after-hours calls.
  • Use multiple contact methods (text, email, phone) to reach prospective sellers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process.
  • Audit leads to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Follow up on aged leads and reassign unassigned leads as needed.

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Follow up on leads to begin lead qualification.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (preferred).
