📋 Description

  • The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager converts incoming prospects into leads. This is a high-volume pre-sales role requiring consistent follow-up with new leads.
  • Answer inbound inquiries from web chat and call centers
  • Aggressive follow up on after-hours or missed calls
  • Use multiple contact methods (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
  • Audit leads to ensure they’re followed up on appropriately

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
  • Follow up on leads to begin lead qualification
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
  • Real estate experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
