📋 Description

  • Convert incoming prospects into leads in a high-volume pre-sales role.
  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers.
  • Aggressive follow up on after-hours or missed calls.
  • Use multiple contact methods (text, email, phone) to reach prospects.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants.
  • Audit leads to ensure they’re followed up on appropriately.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Experience following up on leads to start lead qualification.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
