📋 Description

  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers.
  • Aggressively follow up on after-hours or missed calls.
  • Use multiple contact methods (text messaging, emails, phone) to reach prospective sellers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process.
  • Audit leads to ensure they’re followed up on appropriately.
  • Follow up on aged leads and provide general sales support.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Follow up on leads to begin lead qualification.
  • Experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
