📋 Description

  • Proactively outbound calls/emails to generate interest and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities via discovery to deliver product solutions.
  • Own 360 Inside Sales across the full sales cycle.
  • Answer inbound calls, emails and webchats; nurture opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Deliver seasonal promotions and communicate product value to prospects.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years outbound sales/telemarketing/inside sales experience (B2C/DTC).
  • Qualified by experience.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, data management, and methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and Google Docs.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
