Full-time role based out of our Singapore Hub.
Communicate with existing accounts via email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma pricing
Close inbound requests to expand subscriptions
Handle inbound billing (renewals and payment terms)
Close targeted outbound account renewals
Partner with Marketing to drive expansion/retention across all products

Desire to build a Sales career and grow to senior roles
Strong technical aptitude; quick to learn products/processes
Collaborate across Sales, Support, Billing, Marketing
Curious, adaptable, high achiever with motivation to overachieve
Bonus: B2B SaaS experience
