- Be the product authority for Outpost/Lightpost ALPR and related workflows.
- Deliver demos (phone/web/on-site) tailored to law enforcement use cases showing ROI.
- Quote and scope support: BoMs, SKUs, pricing, services, bundles, and renewals.
- Deal coaching: join customer calls to address questions and de-risk objections.
- Enablement and training: run regular sessions; maintain demo scripts and FAQs.
- Partner coordination: liaise with Product/Marketing and ALPR ecosystem partners.
🎯 Requirements
- Extremely communicative, highly organized, and product-savvy; translate tech to value.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in sales, pre-sales, sales engineering, or product specialist role (inside sales environment preferred).
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM; proficiency with quoting/CPQ tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong facilitation and demo skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
