  • 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR with a quota track record.
  • Experience selling SaaS, POS, payments, or tech to SMBs.
  • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments.
  • Confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust.
  • Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and fast-moving pipeline.
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets and team wins.
