🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years SaaS quota-carrying closing in consumption-based environment.
• Expert discovery & qualification using MEDDPICC.
• Track record delivering demos that tie product to euros saved or revenue gained.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Collaborative and coachable; aligns with Elastic values.
• Native German speaker.
