Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Drive outbound outreach to healthcare providers to promote Nomi Pay solutions.
• Educate physician offices on electronic payments and ACH/EFT enrollment.
• Build provider relationships to increase enrollment and payment adoption.
• Manage inbound/outbound leads to drive provider conversion and engagement.
• Partner with leadership, payers, and marketing to grow provider enrollment.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, business development, provider relations, or customer engagement.
• Healthcare, healthcare tech, fintech, payments, revenue cycle management, or SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive customer adoption in high-volume outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience managing lead follow-up, pipeline activity, or CRM systems.
