📋 Description

• Outreach to service providers by phone nationwide; up to 200 dials per day.
• Overcome objections and negotiate solutions; build trust with providers.
• Coach providers to build life-long consumers with homeowners.
• Research providers using internal notes, websites, and public info.
• Guiding providers through background check authorization and approval.
• Meet and exceed sales targets; biweekly contract value sold.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales/customer facing experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Inside sales experience a plus
• Motivation to exceed sales goals
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail

🎁 Benefits

• $40,000 - $78,000 per year
• Uncapped commission plus base pay of $40,000
• On target earnings $78,000; top 10% to $180,000+
