📋 Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close for SMB beauty and wellness accounts.
  • Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social to generate and convert new business.
  • Deliver compelling virtual product demos that connect Fresha's platform to each business's real pain points and growth goals.
  • Identify and qualify higher-value opportunities, then partner with senior outbound BDMs to hand them off cleanly within their territories.
  • Run discovery calls to understand how prospects run their business today and where Fresha can make an immediate impact.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline so your forecast is trustworthy and your metrics tell the right story.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Experience selling SaaS, point-of-sale, payments, or technology to SMBs.
  • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments.
  • A confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust quickly.
  • Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline.
  • Resilient, coachable, and genuinely motivated by targets and team wins.
