  • Hybrid role in London: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
  • Lead a team of 9 ADRs across UK&I, DACH or France.
  • Hire and develop ADRs into Samsara's sales athletes.
  • Coach ADRs to improve strategic prospecting and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Enablement) to optimize pipeline and revenue.
  • Build processes and a high-performance team culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Deep familiarity with prospecting processes.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tech stack (e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong).
  • Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Previous ADR and/or AE experience in a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role.
