  • Lead and develop a team of SDRs to hit SAL targets.
  • Own SAL attainment and short range forecasting with transparency.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on calls, messaging, objections, and handoffs.

  • Enforce qualification criteria, cadences, and SLAs for SAL readiness.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Ops to improve funnel performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in a related role or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in management.
  • Experience leading Sales Development or frontline pipeline teams.
  • Proven coaching to improve individual contributors productivity.
  • Strong knowledge of SAL, conversions, activity, and pipeline metrics.
  • Experience with short range forecasting.
