  • Drive volume: 150-200+ outbound dials per day to warm inbound leads.
  • Master the Script: Consult with homeowners to understand needs and set appointments with Orchard agents.
  • Manage the Funnel: Use Salesforce and Dialpad to track leads and prevent missed opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work with licensed agents to ensure seamless hand-offs for the customer.
  • Two shifts: Mon-Fri 10:00 am – 7:00 pm PST; Sat-Tue 7:00 am – 6:00 pm PST.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (sales, retail, hospitality, or real estate) preferred.
  • Strong phone communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Thrives in a high-volume environment with targets.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Dialpad.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to coordinate with licensed agents.
