  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from restaurant owners and operators.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Deliver demos highlighting Shift4 POS capabilities via phone or video.
  • Perform high-volume outbound follow-up to re-engage opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, SaaS, or merchant services experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls.
  • Experience selling to restaurants or hospitality is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • 4 days in office required; No weekends required.
