📋 Description

  • Identify, qualify and close a pipeline in MongoDB’s strategic accounts
  • Drive product adoption and upsell in owned LOPs/BUs via executive relationships
  • Collaborate with CS, PS, Marketing, Product to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on NWLs, NARR, PS
  • Invest in self-development to strengthen core sales and tech skills

🎯 Requirements

  • Min. 3 years B2B sales in quota-carrying or strategic account selling
  • Experience selling complex SaaS and/or Cloud products/services
  • Proven track record of overachievement by generating own pipeline and targets
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player with drive
  • Articulate business value of complex enterprise tech in verbal and written form
  • Passionate about growing in the database software market through ongoing sales/tech development
