Innovative Consultant -SMB Business Operations / Management

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 5–6 small business clients in a hybrid model.
• Act as financial firefighter and strategic coach to drive results.
• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of business solutions.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and senior leaders.
• Maintain client relationships from origination to project completion.
• Travel domestically to client sites across the U.S.; oversee invoicing and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of consulting or equivalent experience with measurable results.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships with strategic, financial, and operational accountability.
• Strong financial literacy including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow analysis.
• Ability to travel Sunday through Friday to client sites across the U.S.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, financial software, dashboards, CRMs, and PM tools.
