- Serve as the day-to-day owner for assigned innovation projects

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to support commercialization
🎯 Requirements
- 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years in beverage/CPG R&D or related product development
- Hands-on beverage formulation and product development, bench-top testing
- Experience supporting or executing commercial scale-up from R&D to production
- Knowledge of carbonation systems, pasteurization, and shelf-life testing methodologies
