What You’ll Do:

Develop and communicate a unified design strategy that aligns with Inkitt’s product-led business goals and brand vision.

Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of high-quality collaboration and innovation.

Oversee and contribute to the design of our external-facing app, merchandise, advertising, logo, and paywall systems, ensuring consistency and excellence.

Build strong cross-functional relationships, especially with product management and marketing, to align design initiatives with business priorities.

Establish design standards and best practices that elevate design quality across all outputs.

Collaborate with the founder, actively shaping the creative direction.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in product design leadership within a product-led company, ideally with a portfolio of external-facing apps.

Strong background in brand design and visual storytelling, with an ability to integrate product functionality and brand aesthetics harmoniously.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of designers with varying specializations.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
