📋 Description

• The Infusion Operations Associate will support the infusion program across sites as a generalist/resource.
• Promote development, quality, and coordination of infusion services; improve efficiency.
• Oversee Medical Intake Coordinators; track referrals, prior authorizations, and patient engagement.
• Identify root causes of denied claims; develop workflow solutions to optimize patient care.
• Develop and revise policies; assist with new procedures as the program grows.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician certification/licensure required (state specifics vary).
• 3-5+ years healthcare experience; 3+ years as pharmacy tech.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership role; 3+ years preferred.
• 3+ years infusion exp; referrals, pre-cert, prior auth; EMR/CPR+.
• 2+ years home infusion experience preferred; strong interpersonal skills.
