📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end infusion order processing.
• Handle intake, chart review, eligibility checks.
• Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations.
• Schedule infusion appointments and coordinate orders.
• Communicate with patients and providers on status.
• Educate patients on pre/post-infusion expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• 1+ year in patient scheduling and insurance verification; ICD-10/CPT knowledge.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting; critical thinking.
