Infrastructure Strategy & Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end infrastructure delivery lifecycle; bridge Infra, Product, Eng, and customers.
• Architect deployment in any env—on-prem or Kentik private infra.
• Lead on-prem hardware selection and logistics; extend to internal SaaS bare-metal infra.
• Glue between hardware, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Reporting to VP, Infrastructure Engineering; hands-on IC with potential to lead a team.
• Nice-to-have: Bare-metal SaaS, system architecture, infra tooling, FinOps, domain expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure operations, hardware sourcing, or data center programs.
• Deep data center infra knowledge: server hardware, switches/routers, and network concepts.
• Supply chain, BOM validation, procurement, and global logistics experience.
• Execution & orchestration: map dependencies, drive cross-functional delivery.
• Influential leadership with the ability to align teams and burn down technical debt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with engineers & customer leadership.
