Build and lead the Platform, DevOps & Data function inside GEO; manage team and capacity.
Own CI/CD, release discipline, environment mgmt, DBA/data platform ownership.
Establish standards for builds, deployments, env promotion, monitoring, and incident follow-up.
Lead DevOps/Platform resources: Azure DevOps pipelines, source control, automation.
Lead DBA/Data Platform resources: SQL Server reliability, backup/HA/DR, production support.
Partner with Software Eng Managers and Product Leads to deliver internal platforms.
