🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in infra, systems, network or security ops; 3+ years in leadership.
- Hands-on Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, DNS, IAM.
- Experience with business-critical systems: uptime, access control, backup/recovery, incident response.
- Cybersecurity ops: vulnerability management, patching, privileged access, incident response, monitoring.
- Experience managing hybrid on-prem/cloud infra and remote sites; vendor/MSP management; DR.
- Strong communication; lead distributed teams across regions/time zones; ownership under pressure.
