Provide leadership for the infrastructure engineering team.
Align priorities and ownership across teams.
Design, develop, and maintain infra for our platform (AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI).
Support data infra incl. Postgres and Kafka.
Maintain hybrid infra across cloud and on-prem labs.
Improve tooling and guide hybrid cloud/on-prem architecture.

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading or managing Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams
Experience building infrastructure in startup or rapidly evolving environments
Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure stacks (AWS, Kubernetes)
Infrastructure automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, etc.
Experience supporting production distributed systems
Strong communication and collaboration across technical teams
