🎯 Requirements

Bring 8+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years managing ICs.
Hands-on infra judgment across cloud, networking, IaC, observability, security.
0→1 experience building reusable capabilities under ambiguity.
Clear communication with engineers, security, external stakeholders.
Player-coach leadership; build a small high-leverage team.
