Enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control across IT docs.
Audit documentation for accuracy, relevance, and regulatory compliance.
Manage document lifecycle: creation, approval, revision, archival.
Assist in infrastructure operations: install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, storage.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or Azure Admin certs are advantageous.
1-3 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related role.
Experience producing technical docs, SOPs, or knowledge base articles.
English fluency and proficiency with documentation/knowledge management tools.
IT infrastructure basics including servers, networks, virtualization, storage, cloud.
