Own strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for open-ended funds.
Lead operating model for bespoke institutional private fund platforms.
Oversee liquidity: commitments, redemptions, NAV facility, hedging.
Create global processes and governance for due diligence and Investment Committee requirements.
Head operational, legal, compliance, and regulatory workstreams for new products.
Develop metrics and dashboards for operational, performance and risk data.

🎯 Requirements

8–15 years as COO/CAO or similar in a large financial institution.
Experience with private and open-ended fund structures, multi-currency and cash management.
Experience overseeing third-party fund administrators and transfer agents.
Strong funds-space business acumen to interpret and resolve complex issues.
Proven track record designing controls and processes that boost efficiency.
Commercial judgment balancing long-term development with near-term priorities.
