Infrastructure Architect

📋 Description

• Own architecture and tech direction for Infra platforms (VMware, storage, cloud, databases).
• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Design and review infra solutions for IT and product teams, balancing scalability and cost.
• Hands-on in virtualization, cloud, storage, and database platforms; escalation point.
• Partner with Network, Platform, Security, and Product teams for cross-functional solutions.
• Drive modernization with IaC, automation, migrations, and lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering, with on-prem and cloud ownership.
• Hands-on VMware, storage, and cloud infra (Azure required; AWS preferred).
• Strong experience with databases and platform services, including SQL environments.
• Proven experience leading infra teams and driving results through others.
• Experience defining/tracking infra KPIs and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions).
