  • Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking violations quickly and accurately.
  • Validate parking session details, including entry/violation/exit times and photos.
  • Data entry and multi-database navigation.
  • Identify and report software issues remotely.
  • Assist with parking camera obstructions, adjustments, and focus.
  • Carry out special projects as directed by supervisor or team lead.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Webex Contact Center (WXCC) experience preferred.
  • Salesforce or other CRM/Ticketing tools experience.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred.
