- Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking violations quickly and accurately.
- Validate parking session details, including entry/violation/exit times and photos.
- Data entry and multi-database navigation.
- Identify and report software issues remotely.
- Assist with parking camera obstructions, adjustments, and focus.
- Carry out special projects as directed by supervisor or team lead.
π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Webex Contact Center (WXCC) experience preferred.
- Salesforce or other CRM/Ticketing tools experience.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
- 1 year customer service experience preferred.
