🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Webex Contact Center Platform (WXCC) preferred
- Salesforce or other CRM/ITSM tools
- English and French (oral and written) bilingual
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines
