Provide Tier I support for computer systems, network infra, and IT services.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, servers, and network devices.
Support Windows and Linux OS, including user accounts and maintenance.
Assist with operation and monitoring of physical, virtual, and cloud infra.
Collaborate with network, systems, and cybersecurity teams to ensure reliable IT services.

🎯 Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
Minimum 1 year experience with computer systems and networking.
Windows and Linux server administration experience.
Hypervisor expertise with VMware, KVM, Xen.
