Information Systems Engineer III (Zuora)

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing, including catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, tax, and payments.
• Build and maintain Zuora workflows, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations, including data migration.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to optimize the order-to-revenue lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end order-to-revenue processes; perform root-cause analysis; implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; ensure changes follow governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years hands-on experience configuring Zuora Billing in production.
• Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API.
• Experience writing solution documents, POCs, and analyzing issues.
• Experience with quote-to-cash and financial systems such as Zuora, Salesforce (CPQ), NetSuite, or RevPro.
• Conducting demos and design walkthroughs with teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of core finance and accounting processes (Order to Cash, Record to Report).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while learning new tech.
