- Configure and maintain Zuora Billing: catalog, rate plans
- Manage subscriptions, invoicing, taxes, payments workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Eng on lifecycle
- Troubleshoot end-to-end order-to-revenue processes
- Build Zuora workflows, data mappings, and SF integrations
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; ensure governance/compliance
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years configuring Zuora Billing in production
- Zuora Orders and Orders API experience
- Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite/RevPro experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/MIS or equivalent
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, prioritization
- Experience with data migration and cleansing (nice to have)
