Design, build, and improve the InfoSec program (policies, standards, procedures)
Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned to business objectives
Lead day-to-day security operations with India-based analysts on monitoring and incident response
Architect and maintain a cloud security framework across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
Own security across the SDLC, including threat modeling, secure code review, and training
Drive compliance for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and life sciences frameworks (21 CFR Part 11, GxP)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in Computer Science, or related field
8+ years in information security with at least 2 years in a lead role
Hands-on with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel), EDR, and vulnerability tools (Tenable, Qualys)
Deep knowledge of cloud security architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native tools
Experience driving SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF compliance programs
Scripting and automation in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
