Information Security Engineer - DLP

📋 Description

• Own Palantir's DLP security posture: policy architecture and classification standards.
• Audit and remediate policy gaps, misconfigurations, and shadow IT.
• Deploy data protection tooling across endpoint, network, and cloud.
• Build automation for data security ops: policy pipelines, alert triage, and reviews.
• Partner with Identity, Infra, and Legal on governance and insider threat integration.
• Translate assessments into durable fixes and program updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of DLP architecture: endpoint agents, network, cloud, policy engines.
• Detect data exfiltration across web, email, removable media, and cloud sync.
• Familiarity with evasion techniques (encoding, steganography, covert channels) and traces.
• Experience building/maturing DLP programs: taxonomy, policy tiering, incident workflows, false positives.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for detection development and automation.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
