Information Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
• Monitor security systems, respond to incidents, investigate and remediate.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and maintain security policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps to ensure secure architecture and development.
• Provide security awareness training to employees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/InfoSec or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5+ years in information security engineering or related field.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or CompTIA Security+.
• SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 and secure architecture.
