Information Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage and triage the security ticket queue; provide tech support.
• Perform operational tasks to keep security platforms reliable.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to investigate issues and improve projects.
• Support and maintain security services/tools, including YubiKeys, SSH, and certificates.
• Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline support tasks.
• Document procedures and run books to boost team efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in cyber security/CS/engineering/IT or 2+ years info security.
• Experience troubleshooting OS internals on Linux, Windows, or macOS.
• Manage ticket queue and deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of authentication, access control, encryption and security principles.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to technical and non-technical users.
• Hands-on with YubiKeys, SSH, PKI, scripting, and enterprise security tools.
