📋 Description

• Manage and triage the security ticket queue; provide timely support.
• Troubleshoot issues for employees and systems across security tools.
• Perform day-to-day operational tasks to keep security platforms reliable.
• Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline tasks.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers on improvements and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in cyber security/CS/IT or 2+ years in info security.
• Experience with Linux/Windows/macOS OS internals.
• Scripting proficiency (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
• Hands-on with YubiKeys, SSH, PKI, and basic security concepts.
• Ability to manage a ticket queue and deliver customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to technical & non-technical users.
