🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
- 5+ years designing analytics, dashboards, or decision-support.
- Power BI expertise with Power Query and data sources.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into dashboard features and visuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication; explain tech to non-technical audiences.
