πŸ“‹ Description

  • Develop and execute local influencer marketing strategies to drive deposits, revenue growth, and ROI
  • Identify, attract, and onboard streamers, tipsters, and micro-influencers across LatAm
  • Build and scale long-term partnerships with local influencers in performance-driven environments
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: brief creation, negotiation, content approval, and tracking
  • Monitor and optimize campaign results by deposits, reach, CPA, engagement, and ROI
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of local trends

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing (betting/iGaming preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with influencer traffic and performance-based campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, streaming platforms, and local social ecosystems
  • Understanding of core metrics: CPA, ROI, conversion rate, engagement rate
  • Experience in negotiations and closing partnership deals
  • Good command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
