Influencer - Account Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee negotiated partnerships from start to finish; ensure terms and milestones.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with talents and brands during collaborations.
• Track KPIs and present end-of-partnership reports with insights.
• Collaborate to maintain a consistent, impactful social media presence.
• Develop content strategies using analytics and trends to boost engagement.
• Participate in onboarding, quarterly planning, and key activities.
• Assist day-to-day management with planning support for talents.
• Manage inbound PR, interview requests, mailers, and event invites.
• Contribute to outbound strategies including sourcing and pitches.
• Attend on-site production days and events; provide on-site support.
• Use tools to stay ahead of industry trends and support the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or PR.
• Proven ability to communicate with talents and corporate clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict management.
• Highly organized with effective task management and deadlines.
• Knowledge of influencer partnerships and social metrics.
• Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and PR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset.
