We’re looking for a Solutions Architect at Influ2, who’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how leading B2B companies align their marketing and sales processes by helping them embed contact-level advertising into their existing workflows. This is not a traditional pre- or post-sales role — you’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting customer goals with the right technical and strategic approach to ensure Influ2 fits seamlessly into their processes. From uncovering needs and designing tailored solutions to guiding adoption and shaping our product roadmap, you’ll work closely with decision-makers and see the direct impact of your expertise on how customers operate and grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with potential and existing customers to assess their current processes, uncover business goals, and deliver actionable recommendations that embed Influ2 seamlessly into their workflows.
  • Process & Funnel Optimization: Analyze tech stacks, workflows, and conversion gaps to identify opportunities where Influ2 can improve performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Solution Design: Build tailored solutions, from personalized demos to complete contact-level advertising strategies, aligned with each client’s goals and business objectives.
  • Adoption & Success Enablement: Define success criteria, share best practices, and support adoption to ensure long-term value and ongoing optimization.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with Account Executives and SDRs to shape proposals, align on client needs, and build strong business cases for adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share customer feedback and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to inform roadmap decisions, refine qualification criteria, and strengthen retention efforts.
  • Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on SaaS or marketing agency/consulting.
  • Knowledge of SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, and how they integrate to understand how to embed Influ2 into the existing tech stack.
  • Hands-on experience setting up integrations between CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Clear communication: You know how to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling stories that resonate with potential and existing customers and internal teams alike.

  • Analytical thinking: You’re comfortable diving into data, uncovering insights, and using them to guide better decisions and solution design.
