Inflight Safety Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure Inflight Safety Team complies with safety programs and regs.
• Maintain SMS policies, reporting, training, and monitoring.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly safety reports and presentations.
• Train staff on safety policies and deliver new hire safety presentations.
• Process safety reports and coordinate FAA event reporting promptly.
• Coordinate SRM and develop corrective action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; US work authorization.
• Minimum 2 years in aviation safety; advanced education may substitute.
• Valid/unexpired passport: Yes.
• FAA guidance knowledge; SMS systems, reporting, monitoring.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe.
• Strong writing, presentation and data analysis skills; team player.
