Inflight operations for assigned crew domicile; lead Flight Attendants
Coach and develop Flight Attendants; conduct observation flights and ramp checks
Conduct fact-finding and grievance meetings; hire/terminate as needed
Manage day-to-day operations; respond to irregular operations
Promote safety-first culture; ensure regulatory and company standards
Execute plans; track metrics; work with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

Authorized to work in the US; pass a criminal background check
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year flight attendant experience
Minimum 2 years people management experience
Minimum 1 year experience managing in a union environment
Must pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training and stay current
